John and Barbara Bryant are native Texans. John started selling real estate in Parker County in 1972 while attending college at TCU. He opened his office in Springtown in 1974 after graduation from college. They opened their Weatherford office five years later in 1978. The Bryants Company is one of the oldest names in real estate in Parker County and they have been a vital part of Parker County real estate for over 30 years.

With two offices to serve the Parker County area, John and Barbara have each developed their own specialty in the real estate profession.
John Bryant, as Broker/Owner at the Springtown office, retired in 2004. Daughter, Dana Bryant, son Bruce Bryant and Bill Cameron are in the Springtown office, where Dana is office manager.
Barbara Bryant is Broker/ Owner of the Weatherford office, which is located at 815 North Main St. in Weatherford. Barbara, with Agents Cheryl Cates, Kay Hightower, Michael Butler, and daughter-in-law Mechelle Bryant, operates a more traditional type of real estate business, being oriented to the sale of residential properties and land.
The diversity provided by the two offices allows The Bryants Company to offer Parker County real estate buyers a wide range of real estate products and expertise.
Barbara is an active leader in her trade Association.
Barbara served as Education Chairman for many years and is responsible for bringing new, innovative educational programs to the membership. Barbara served as TAR Director for 1997 and 1998.
Both John and Barbara have served as Chairman of the Association's TREPAC Committee and under their direction, the Weatherford Board was recognized by the Texas Association of Realtors for it's outstanding programs in fund raising. Cheryl Cates and Kay Hightower are past Directors of the W/PCA and remain active. Dana Bryant is also active in the Association and serves on several committees.
